Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival, West Friendship, MD
1st Full Weekend in May
I am co-leader of the fleece sales floor. The MDSW Fleece Show & Sale is one of the largest in the country and has some of the most stunning fleeces you’ll find anywhere! We have a fabulous group of volunteers that are sure to help make your fleece shopping experience top notch!!

New York State Sheep & Wool Festival, Rhinebeck, NY
3rd Full Weekend in October
2026 – I’m taking a break from Rhinebeck for a year or two. I’m sure I’ll make it back up there eventually.
I volunteer with the fleece show and sale. If you’re in the market for raw wool, alpaca or mohair, come to the fleece barn…I’m sure the selection will be amazing as usual!
